Dan sebagai orang dewasa, segala sesuatunya tidak menjadi lebih baik, yang menyebabkan dia menjalani hukuman di penjara. Tetapi ketika dia diperintahkan oleh pengadilan untuk melayani komunitasnya di fasilitas perawatan akhir hayat untuk orang yang sakit parah, segalanya mulai berubah baginya. Di sini ia bertemu dengan yang tak kenal lelah sebagai Kang Tae Shik, seorang pria paruh baya yang memimpin tim sukarelawan di fasilitas tersebut. Kang Tae Shik telah menciptakan sebuah unit bernama Team Genie, yang didedikasikan untuk mengabulkan permintaan terakhir pasien yang sekarat. Tidak peduli apa yang diminta orang, Team Genie akan bekerja keras untuk mewujudkan keinginan terakhir yang berharga itu. Dia juga bertemu Seo Yeon Joo, seorang perawat muda yang menolak untuk menyerah pada pasiennya dan mencoba untuk membuat mereka aktif secara fisik setiap saat. Akankah bekerja di fasilitas ini membantu mengubah kehidupan Yoon Gyeo Ree? Atau sudah terlambat untuk mengubah takdirnya?
